POSITION: Web Content Coordinator (Full Time, Exempt)

COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $45,000 - $50,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We're seeking a talented Web Content Coordinator to join our team! You'll gain invaluable experience, leveraging your skills in website management, marketing, design, and content in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our Web Specialist to build and maintain attractive, user-friendly websites on WordPress. You'll play a key role in bringing our themes to life by uploading, coordinating, and optimizing website content, ensuring it adheres to best practices for user experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):

  • Building and maintaining attractive websites using pre-designed WordPress themes. This includes updating branding elements, styling, images, and SEO-optimized copy, page titles, and metadata.
  • Interpreting Website Style Guides, mockups, and wireframes and applying design styles and UI to websites.
  • Conducting thorough pre- and post-launch website quality assurance checks to ensure functionality, accessibility, and high-quality content.
  • Coordination and execution of content-related website tasks, projects, and support tickets.
  • Working within relevant software, platforms, and tools to review feedback, edit, and upload web-optimized content and visuals e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Pastel, Asana.
  • Ensuring timely, detail-oriented management of website builds and support requests on a variety of websites.
  • Making small adjustments to WordPress websites within the Content Management System (CMS) upon request.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments, keeping everyone informed on the progress and completion of web projects and requests.
  • Coordinating and uploading media-rich content like videos, virtual tours, and blogs as needed.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on our WordPress CMS, our website themes, and content-related items like web-optimized file types, best practices, and performance & analytics.

We're looking for someone who:

  • A knockout portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency and ability to execute in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, and WordPress.
  • A working knowledge of WordPress themes and site builders.
  • HTML, CSS, or development skills are not required, but a plus.
  • A strong understanding of UI and website design, including layout, functionality, accessibility, and text hierarchy, with the ability to implement from vision to final product.
  • An achiever who is self-disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.
  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to the highest-quality web products.
  • A fast-paced, client-centric mindset and a positive approach to problem-solving while balancing multiple projects.
  • The ability to be adaptive and flexible and to function effectively in a high-growth environment.

The Team Member must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Rare or regular travel may be required to assist properties as needed, attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
