The web team at Cohesity is on a mission to help organizations worldwide find limitless value from their data. Our customer-obsessed project managers are focused on building a world-class web experience while simplifying the customer journey online. [ROLE Pitch] As a Web Content Manager, you will be an individual contributor focused on showcasing the value of Cohesity’s products/solutions on the web. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and effective operation of our core cohesity.com site sections. This includes product and solution web pages, managing global launches across our properties, driving campaign and site-wide promotional efforts, and utilizing various tools to gain insights to drive engagement. You will evaluate, author, and execute business requirements from stakeholders across various departments while keeping multiple release schedules moving forward. As a content driver, you will proactively lead projects and have strong collaboration with our global teams to drive engagement efforts for our global sites.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to changing business needs/timelines, and maintain relentless attention to detail to manage and drive production releases on time.

Drive web customer journeys across top-trafficked pages to improve engagement and conversionsStrategize and plan A/B testing opportunities for improved experiencesCollaborate with content production and editorial teams to promote and drive new content Develop full project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and must have the tenacity to drive projects to completionPartner with creative and/or development team to translate business and technical stakeholder concepts and requests into actionable enhancementsUse web analytics tools (GA4, heatmap, testing) to drive insights and recommendations for optimizing engagementIncorporate keyword and SEO best practices to optimize our pagesMaintain an understanding of our product and solutions and key messaging to help drive consistent stories and content freshness across our site   Own and prioritize development needs for web team which includes creating/managing stories, backlog, sprint planning and kick-offsAnalyze competitors and peers to ensure we are bringing best practices, new ideas, and techniques to stay ahead  Coordinate priorities with global 24/7 publishing teamsAssess workflows, processes and implement your recommendations for driving operational efficiencyEnsure projects are managed in accordance with established PMO frameworks and familiar with program and project management systemsIdentify and implement KPIs, set and report back to the business on project milestonesDevelop strong stakeholder relationships and maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement digital projects

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of work experience in web experience and/or digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of web CMS (Wordpress-preferred), JIRA, or similar tools
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and reporting metrics
  • Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
  • Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
  • Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines, and strive to exceed expectations with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail; takes pride in work; and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiationExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
US Pay Range
$119,200—$149,000 USD

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
