The Opportunity. The Web Content Specialist will assist in managing content via Magento (CMS) Admin and our Email Platform (Listrak).

The Job.

• Help Create, Edit and Manage Product Catalog and Email Sends within our CMS and Email platforms
• Will work with business partners, clients (internal and external), project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage content for our customers.
• Responsible for ensuring all customer-facing material is implemented correctly and efficiently and defects are completed per SLA timelines.
• Responsible for reviewing, writing, and managing content requirements.
• Ensure that content and other site features function correctly.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise-grade content management systems, ability to execute light HTML coding, understanding of CSS and JavaScript. Magento Experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of graphic design, webpage construction, web usability best practices/standards.
• Understanding of Email Platforms. Knowledge of Listrak a plus.
• A/B Testing Experience
• Experience with Email Automation
• Experience with SMS Marketing a plus
• Microsoft Excel knowledge

The Qualifications.

• 1-2 years of Content Management System experience.
• 1-2 years of email marketing experience.
• A passion for digital technologies and an inquiring mind that brings new ideas and new thinking to the organization.
• Resourceful and tenacious to find solutions and drive project to completion.
• Requires some after-hours and/or weekend commitment as projects and website production releases require.
• The individual should be a self-started with strong problem-solving skills.
• Extremely pro-active, anticipating needs and staying out ahead of them.
• Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail.
• Adept at learning and applying new technologies.
