Web Content Specialist

Aero Precision's roots are deeply tied to aerospace, and our drive for clean, perfect engineering and machining stems from that. When you're building something that will fly in the air, there is no margin for error. We take that same approach in the firearms industry. Not every manufacturer will have razor thin tolerance levels. Not every manufacturer will personally oversee the development, design and machining of every part that comes off the line. We're not every manufacturer.

The Opportunity. The Web Content Specialist will assist in managing content and day-to-day updates via Magento (CMS) Admin.

The Job.

• Help Create, Edit and Manage Product Catalog within our CMS platforms
• Will work with business partners, clients (internal and external), project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage content for our customers.
• Responsible for ensuring all customer-facing material is implemented correctly and efficiently and defects are completed per SLA timelines.
• Responsible for reviewing, writing, and managing content requirements.
• Ensure that content and other site features function correctly.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of graphic design, webpage construction, web usability best practices/standards.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and JavaScript. Magento experience a plus.

• Microsoft Excel knowledge

• Ability to multitask

• Self-starter with the ability to work alone or with a team

• 1-2 years of Content Management System experience.

• 1-4 years of Analytics experience

• A/B testing experience

• A passion for digital technologies and an inquiring mind that brings new ideas and new thinking to the organization.

• Resourceful and tenacious to find solutions and drive project to completion.

• Requires some after-hours and/or weekend commitment as projects and website production releases require.

• The individual should be a self-started with strong problem-solving skills.

• Extremely pro-active, anticipating needs and staying out ahead of them.

• Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail.

• Adept at learning and applying new technologies.
