What You'll Do

• Should be able to design and develop an application with any Javascript framework React.
• Maintain reusable code and improve code quality.
• Optimize application for maximum speed.
• Should be Team player. ( For Senior lead role, should have team handling experience)
• Should take ownership and work closely with other teams. such as the back end.
• Make suggestions for better solutions to problems and keep abreast of the latest and emerging technologies.
• Be comfortable working throughout the lifespan of a project.
• Should be very good communicator and should be able to guide the team appropriately ( for lead role)

What You Know

• Should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of front end technologies, at the minimum HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery
• In-depth understanding of Responsive Design 
• Browser rendering engines
• Cross-platform mobile web rendering engines
• CSS preprocessors
• Use of Dev tools on browsers
• Knowledge of UI Design tools like Figma and Figma Tokens
• Github Actions - Version Controlling 
• Command line/Shell script
• In depth understanding of build tools like Gulp and Webpack.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Will require to show demos for components and coach the team for adoption of the libraries.

Nice to have 

• Front end libraries like Angular and React
• Understanding of Design System.
• Knowledge of Style Dictionary. 
• Design Tokens
• Code Documentation

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience.
