Job Description:
As a Web Designer at viaPeople, you will be responsible for creating Figma prototypes and designs that define development requirements for our custom HR management software. You’ll collaborate closely with our product and development teams to turn client needs into clear, user-friendly designs. Your work will help shape the future of HR solutions for a wide range of clients, ensuring a smooth handoff between design and development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Figma prototypes and wireframes for custom HR management solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate client requirements into intuitive, effective user interfaces.
• Ensure that designs align with client expectations, technical specifications, and overall project goals.
• Maintain consistent visual design standards across all client projects.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their business needs and provide design insights.
• Work with the development team to clarify design specifications and ensure accurate implementation.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in web design, with a strong focus on creating Figma prototypes.
• Proven experience designing for web applications, preferably in the HR or software solutions space.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, remote team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
