In this role you will lead high-level marketing launches by concepting, designing and coding interactive site experiences. This role manages the Web Design team members by providing creative feedback, growth and leadership. Utilizing user-centered insights, this individual will lead the strategic design and development of marketing and user experience design across websites. You will work with a cross-functional team of marketers, developers and business leaders to understand business needs and product requirements.

Additional deliverables include:

  • Conceptualize creative ideas and leads design and development executions across a full range of screen sizes and digital touch points from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity interactive mock-ups.
  • Drive creative test ideas on-site to support brand initiatives and marketing efforts, to provide insight and feedback for multi-channel usage.
  • Manages team of web designers in an agile work environment; direct, review and guide execution of digital solutions.
  • Contribute to creative department's knowledge base by assimilating and sharing code, interactive, UX and ADA best practices and solutions.
  • Seek out agile design and front-end development process improvements, as well as new technologies and programs to support the process.
  • Partner with site experience team to strategize, design and implement content for test & learn product launches; also drive ideas and designs from user insights to implement split A/B tests.
  • Lead cross-team workshops to discover and prototype user experience improvements and work through user testing and implementation.


What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Interactive Design or related field.
  • 8+ Years Experience
  • A passion in bringing brands to life digitally, in new and innovative ways
  • Strong attention to detail in both creative design and HTML/CSS code
  • Ability to speak to design and branding with a strong background in bringing a brand to life digitally in new innovative ways
  • Knowledge of ADA best practices
  • Ability to provide recommendations and updates on UX design and interaction to design members and web developers.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Must be self motivated and eager to learn
  • Excellent time-management skills and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills are a must.
