About this role:

The Web Design Project Coordinator manages a smooth onboarding experience for new PetDesk clients. This role is responsible for all customer communication around website projects, ensures that all necessary information and assets are successfully collected, and keeps clients on track for on-time project launches. Reporting to the Manager of Implementation, your primary goal will be to guide customers from project kickoff through launch while providing best-in-class customer service.

  • Kick off projects, manage customer relationships, and proactively communicate throughout web design projects
  • Work closely with project team members to manage and communicate project timelines, escalate roadblocks, and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Schedule and host customer kick-off calls to gather the required information for each client's specific website plan
  • Participate in internal meetings between Customer Success, Sales, and Web Development teams to review client projects, timeline schedules, and upsell opportunities
  • Be a troubleshooting detective who follows every clue, collaborates closely with customers, and builds professional rapport during the onboarding process
  • Ensure that project data and customer information is clear, accurate, and up to date within project management tools, CRM systems, and other documentation 

About You:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in project management, specifically pertaining to web design, cross-functional creative teams, or other applicable functions
  • Demonstrated understanding and fluency with the roles and responsibilities of cross-functional teams and peers, as they pertain to web design projects (Design, Development, Content, SEO, and QA)
  • Proficient in customer-facing communication, adept at leading conversations via phone and video to ensure effective project coordination and client satisfaction
  • Exceptional time management skills with an eye for detail and understanding of project management/requirements
  • Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to self-manage and get the highest priority tasks done
  • Prior experience managing traffic for web design or creative teams, and/or managing high project volumes is preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce, WordPress, and project management tools preferred

Base rate per hour worked

Hourly Pay
$24—$26 USD
