Web Designer

What you’ll do at Omnisend:

• Design UI visual assets for website components & A/B tests;
• Collaborate with the various teams to prepare the website for new product launches, conduct market research, design new theme sections and features;
• Create web UI library, assets, and design guidelines for other team members;
• Designing print material such as brochures, letterheads, and business cards;
• Build marketing landing pages with visual website builder tools;
• Collaborating with our copywriters, PPC team, and other teams to establish the vision of the project, come up with creative concepts, and analyse tradeoffs between visual appeal and performance needs;
• Preparing organised design files;
• Ensuring that projects are completed on schedule while effectively applying our methodology and following quality standards.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• Experience as a web designer for at least 3 years;
• Experience working with web asset creation and UX;
• Proficient in Adobe softwares and Figma;
• CRO projects experience would be a plus;
• Ability to create assets within the organization brand book or follow key visuals;
• Strong composition skills, understanding of visual hierarchy rules;
• Ability to solve problems with design;
• Attention to detail, high responsibility;
• High speed of completing work tasks, team player;
• English language.
