Job Summary

Keeper is seeking a Web Designer with UI and branding design experience, to join our growing Design team. The Web Designer will work in collaboration with other marketing team members to create user-centered digital experiences that employ best-in-class interaction designs and meet business objectives. The Web Designer is ultimately responsible for delivering optimal user experiences via Keeper’s website, web applications, marketing emails, and digital ads while meeting performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining the Keeper online presence. This includes but is not limited to: all forms of digital media, online advertising, social media, website, mobile, email, and digital screens
• Create and annotate UI style kits and design guidelines in collaboration with other designers, both from scratch and from existing brand conventions
• Build user journeys with wireframes to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to stakeholders, product managers and executives for approval
• Strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions at a high velocity
• Create wireframes and prototypes to test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct user research to help guide your decision making process
• Keep current with design trends and best practices; exploring new ideas and technologies to advance the Keeper brand and properties
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile platforms

Requirements

• 2+ years of user interface design experience
• UI/UX principles and best practices
• Wizard in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic or web design, or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven and organized
• Can manage multiple priorities, comfortable working in an iterative process and staying cool in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Ability to adapt, overcome objections and learn complex solutions
• Holds a customer service mindset
• Agency experience, preferred
