Web Designer (Word Press) with Graphic Design Background

Web Designer & WordPress Specialist Dallas, TX | Full-time | Onsite Only Salary: Based on experience ICI Creative Solutions is a women-owned, women-led creative agency specializing in HR and benefits communication. We manage 200+ client websites and are looking for a hands-on web designer who can build, update, and maintain sites using WordPress and Divi. Important: • Onsite role in Dallas—no remote option • No visa sponsorship • Must be comfortable continuing designs without full mockups Responsibilities • Build and update responsive websites in WordPress usingDivi • Maintain 60+ templated client sites and help build new custom sites • Extend layouts from wireframes or existing designs • Add/update content and apply consistent styling • Work with PMs and QA team to make accurate updates Qualifications • 3+ years of experience designing and managing WordPress sites • Strong eye for layout, spacing, and clean design (even when not fully designed for you) • Proficient with Divi (required) • Comfortable with site maintenance, performance tools, and mobile optimization • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently • Bonus: Familiar with Adobe InDesign Benefits • $0 premium medical plan • Dental & vision insurance • 401(k) • Generous PTO • Paid garage parking • On-site gym Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
