Job Summary
Cognizant is looking for a Web Developer with five to eight years of experience in developing customized products for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our existing services and technologies.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the "team" and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (Advanced) , NPM/Node.js (Advanced)
- Vue.js, Angular and/ or React (Advanced) , Typescript (Advanced)
- Web performance • Cross-browser compatibility • Content Management • Advanced understanding of modular design patterns
- Unit and Experience Testing (Advanced)
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Write effective APIs and Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
