Job Summary:

Are you passionate about web development? We have a great opportunity for a web developer who can create, customize and maintain the website's design and User Interface of the Supermicro website. In this role, you will have opportunity to edit and control the content which is being displayed on the website and continue to update with the emerging technologies and trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Designing and improving the functionality of our web applications as well as maintain existing websites• Writing high quality, object-oriented code• Working closely with team members to make good trade-offs and deliver features that meet or exceed requirements• Tracking down and fixing bugs, performance issues, or display issues

Qualifications:• BS/MS degree in computer science or a related field or commensurate experience• 5+ years advanced HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js or JQuery preferred• 3+ years working with / integrating RESTful API's and building Multiple Page applications preferred• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony• Experience with ASP.NET is a plus• Experience with DBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL• Experience with web servers such as Apache, Nginx and IIS• Knowledge of software implementation best practices• Experience with mobile development• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).• Knowledge of server technologies, ColdFusion is a huge plus• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
