What You’ll Do:

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Collaborate on website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of working experience as a web developer
• Hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, SASS, & APIs
• Experience with WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields, Bootstrap, Webpack, Redux, cross-browser compatibility, and object-oriented design
• Experience with Git Version Control
• Experience with MJML
• Solid understanding of web design and development principles
• Proficient planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
• A portfolio of web design and projects you’ve worked on
• In-depth knowledge of software prototyping and UX design tools
• Solid understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Exceptional problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
