Web Developer

Job Description:

As an Interactive Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and interactive designs, as well as implementing them using various programming languages and frameworks. You will collaborate closely with the design and development teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring a seamless and captivating user experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing content to be used across digital platforms 
• Collaborate with the product, operations, and customer success teams to create concepts and mock-ups for clients
• Develop interactive digital content using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure cross-platform alignment, ensuring all creative concepts and executions are compliant with all client guidelines 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience as an Interactive Designer & Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your interactive design and development projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant front-end technologies.
• Experience with Google Web Developer
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with Display Network requirements and specifications
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Core understanding of API’s, and comfortable integrating with a well documented API or SDK
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing content and best practices.
• Knowledge of cross-platform content requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000
