This is a remote position, however candidates are preferred based in Washington D.C. Metro area. 
Project Description: 
This initiative is designed to support the Information Technology mission of the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The program will deliver a range of services encompassing Cybersecurity, Information Systems Operations, Desktop Support, Mobile Technology Services, Infrastructure Services, Information Systems Development and Modernization, as well as Web Services Development, Management, and Support.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Web Page Development and Maintenance:

   • Regular development and maintenance of web pages to ensure optimal functionality and performance using technologies include ASP.net, J2EE, ColdFusion, and HTML.

2. ColdFusion Application Server:

   • Maintenance of ColdFusion 6.1 and ColdFusion MX application server, including database drivers.

3. Verity Search Engine:

   • Maintenance of Verity Search engine collections to facilitate efficient search functionality.

4. SQL Server Databases:

   • Maintenance of SQL Server databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

5. Monthly Content Updates:

   • Implementation of monthly content updates to keep web information current and relevant.

6. IIS Web Server:

   • Maintenance of the Internet Information Services (IIS) Web Server for seamless web hosting.

7. Weblogic Application Servers:

   • Maintenance of multiple Weblogic application servers to support diverse web applications.

8. Content Management Systems:

   • Maintenance of Vignette and Drupal Content Management Systems (CMS) to facilitate content organization and updates.

9. JSR 168 Compliant Portal:

   • Maintenance of the JSR 168 compliant Portal to ensure compatibility and optimal portal performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in web development and software engineering
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with designing 508 compliant websites
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification 

Desired Certifications:

• Security +
• Drupal, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript
