Web Developer Associate Manager

A professional with strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Able to manage the implementation of complex web sites, defining the architecture and development process. Able to work with multiple projects to provide solutions that adhere to the latest standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Awareness and Communication

  • Create awareness amongst different functions on importance of intranet for sharing the information

  • Research and reach out to various stakeholders to get updated content for sites

• Content uploading, gathering and Maintenance

  • Ensure content upload as per defined final user appraisal best practices

  • Manage timely update and accuracy of uploaded content

  • Interact with different functions and stakeholders to ensure updated content is uploaded to the site

  • The Web Developer is expected to utilize best practices in web screen design as well as learn about different middleware platforms to source and update data through web screens as specified in functional requirements

• Domain Management Service

  • Manage the execution of website decommissioning including, archiving, communications and harvesting processes as agreed with the client

  • Update, maintain and troubleshoot existing websites

  • Support and troubleshoot the day to day technical needs for existing websites

  • The front-end developer works with software engineers and developers to implement their backend work with interactive templates

Job Qualifications

• At least years of proven experience working in the implementation of responsive web sites.

• Experience of managing small development teams and acting as a manager, including client communication, requirements gathering, user storing planning and reporting.

• Experience of integration work with CMS platforms (Drupal, AEM, Wordpress).

• Proven experience in building complex web sites using responsive layouts and advanced user interactive.

• Experience integrating with REST services to consume or send data based on user interactions and user interface updates.

• Experience using an MVC framework to modularize a web site into smaller reusable components.

• Experience in a single page application project and proven expertise on the client-side routing implementation.

• Experience building web sites and web applications. Knowledge of data visualization frameworks and when to use them.

• Experience defining build processes using Node.js based tools. Understanding of the tasks required to build a project and their impact.

• Experience designing the architecture of a web site, including CSS structure and JavaScript implementation.

• Experience understanding and resolving the challenges of scaling front-end architectures for large and complex web sites.

• Experience working in agile projects and play an active role during daily, planning and retrospective meetings.

• Experience collaborating with project managers and scrum masters to define user stories and estimates.

• Experience working on enterprise projects, collaborate defining development and style guidelines.

• Experience with peer review methodologies and their importance for the projects quality. Be the main code reviewer of the project.

• Experience coaching developers in the team and be the technical point of contact for the client stakeholders.
