Web Developer (Growth)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Web Developer to enhance the SentinelOne websites. The role will focus on driving organic traffic, improving user experience, and boosting search engine rankings. The ideal candidate is data-driven with a proven track record in developing high-quality websites that excel in load speed, adhere to SEO best practices, and drive high conversion rates.

What will you do?

• Optimizing SentinelOne’s marketing and event websites through SEO improvements, load speed and UX enhancements.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO team to execute the SEO Web roadmap.
• Take design direction and transform wireframes and mockups into fully functional and visually appealing web pages.
• Ensure all web applications are responsive and compliant with the user, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Write clean, error-free and maintainable code optimized for accessibility standards, SEO, and website performance.
• Address website errors, recommend technical fixes, and optimize website performance.

This role will report directly to the Team Lead, Web Development, and will work closely with marketing, agencies and other business stakeholders.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development
• Expert in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Proven experience in developing websites using WordPress
• Experience with scalable enterprise grade CMS solutions such as Contentful and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Adobe Target.
• Deep understanding of SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Deep understanding of GA4, GTM and GSC
• Experience working with Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
• Experience with website localization and translation
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate through ambiguity
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design, or a related field preferred
