The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Web Developer with 5+ years of experience. Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3 to design responsive website experiences on Wordpress. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for UX-centric design. You’ll be working alongside your marketing colleagues to design and hone a holistic website approach for our customers.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing. This position is remote based in the United States.

You Will:

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Build functional and easy-to-use webpages
• Collaborate to optimize and implement SEO and SEM
• Test website across browsers, operating systems and devices
• Maintain, configure and troubleshoot site
• Optimize loading speeds and capacity
• Debug pages and fix broken links, images or plugins compatibility
• Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)

You Are:

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS coding standards
• Knowledge of SSL
• Knowledge of and proficiency in Wordpress software
• Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop)
• Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
• Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
• Good visual design sense
• Knowledge of responsive design
