Web & Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
As a Web/Digital Specialist at QGenda, you will work closely with the Sr. Web Manager to design, develop, and maintain our company website and other digital assets targeted at the healthcare audience. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional web experiences that align with our brand guidelines, effectively communicate our value proposition, and engage healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns, track website analytics, and optimize the user experience.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with the Sr. Web Manager to understand marketing objectives and translate them into effective web experiences that align with our brand identity and resonate with the healthcare audience.
- Create, publish and manage content on our website; QA/Test for accuracy and compliance with brand standards, best practices and content strategy, including SEO and any necessary tracking considerations.
- Participate in strategic planning for larger web projects and multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage requests for ongoing web updates, collaborating with stakeholders to execute with accuracy, in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, product marketing and demand generation, to support the development of landing pages, microsites, and other digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and key performance metrics using web analytics tools, providing insights to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- In collaboration with the Sr. Web Manager, build / maintain reporting dashboards for web, SEO and digital marketing metrics, to be made available to the marketing organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging web technologies, and healthcare-specific regulations or guidelines, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our digital presence and user experience in the healthcare domain.

Experience You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field
- 0-2 years of demonstrated web / digital experience, preferably in a corporate marketing or B2B environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS required
- Experience with Wordpress required
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles and mobile optimization techniques required
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and analyze website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates
- Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement on-page optimization strategies
Not Required, But Nice to Have
- Exposure to the healthcare industry preferred
- Working knowledge of Javascript and PHP preferred
