Job Description :
Develop and maintain web back-end infrastructure, including APIs and applications that integrate with VoIP endpoints. Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, coding, testing and production release. Implement HTTP client that calls third party's RESTful API to integrate with back-end service and enable the pre-provisioning of third-party IP phones. Integrate application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs and push notifications. Apply knowledge of programming technologies and languages, SQL queries to troubleshoot applications. Apply Working experience in data processing using technologies like Spark Streaming, Spark SQL, and Map/Reduce. Work on Zoom's internal operation system that is built on Java Spring framework. Implement functionalities and services in the backend that reads and writes from database with SQL framework MyBatis. Apply Extensible Markup Language (XML) to record SIP registration configurations in files and enable the on-demand provisioning logic by adding dynamic parameters for Zoom Phone's supported IP phones. Work with Android development team in the code level to enable the integrated experiences with Zoom meeting + Android based IP Phones where the end users will have the option of joining the Zoom meeting through the IP phones flawlessly. Design and implement the custom provision template within the Zoom Phone web where the user can configure the endpoints with more flexibilities in the account level. Debugging packets with Wireshark, SIP call traces, SIP call flow and PBX. Design and implementation of the QoS dashboard and integrated management platform. Work with Unified Communications, Collaboration, Conferencing, Enterprise Mobility and IP Telephony product and solution portfolio. Collaborate effectively with individuals across organizations, time zones, geographies and cultures. Passionate about technology and truly enjoy working with customers and business partners to accelerate the adoption of new technology. Collaborate with multiple tiers of support, act as an escalation point, and investigate complex/corner issues including WEB/Client/Server/Database service, debugging complex different OS environments and platforms. Document and maintain client content requirements. Maintain Zoom Phone client development standards, especially about security, availability, scalability, performance, robustness, and testing. Build performance evaluation format to measure system pressure and server performance.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in Information Management, Information Technology, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience must include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP, and RTP; VOIP and SIP; Interaction design sensibilities for desktop and hardware devices; QoS & SIP End to End call flow troubleshooting of VoIP services; troubleshooting with web, mobile web, and app platforms and debugging tools; API design, data modeling, and server management; RESTful API integration with back-end service; Python and Doc k er, and relational databases with SQL framework MyBatis; Poly/Yealink/Audio-codes/Cisco VoIP devices; and Debugging packets with Wireshark, SIP call traces, SIP call flow and PBX.
