We are seeking an experienced web developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. Our web apps support our Enterprise, SMB, and Consumer businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, clinical and sales teams, and other engineers to deliver exceptional web experiences.

As Web Frontend Developer at Eko, You Will:

• Play a key role in developing software features used by physicians and clinical personnel to monitor cardiac health
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Web applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive
• Collaborate with backend developers to define and integrate APIs

As Web Frontend Developer at Eko, You Have:

• 3+ years of industry experience as a Web engineer
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications
• Experience using modern single-page JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
• Familiarity with REST/JSON web services and APIs
• An in-depth understanding of common design patterns and anti-patterns
• Excellent communication skills

As a Web Frontend Developer, We Would Appreciate If You Have:

• Experience working with medical devices or apps in a regulated environment
• Good understanding of HIPAA compliance
• Experience with EHRs (SMART on FHIR, HL7v2, etc.)
• Experience managing deployments in a cloud environment
