Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Web Integrations Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. You will lead a team of web integration specialists who are instrumental in the deployment of our SightMap product line to our customers. You will also be the primary interface and communicator with our customers and partners, ensuring their approach to SightMap integration brings the highest level of value to their end users. This role reports directly to the SVP of Implementation & Customer Experience and manages a team of two web integration specialists.
What you'll do...

• Fully learn, understand and mature our company's web integrations processes, methods and best practices (residing in our within our Developer Hub ), while managing the team and external clients' use of them
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team and Engrain's customers/partners to raise the bar and continuously improve deployment of SightMap to customer/partner sites
• Advocate for the user, leveraging research, observation, and data insights to inform innovative new opportunities while thinking holistically about the impact of your work on both the customer and the business
• Serve as a primary escalation point for web integrations timelines and actively communicate resource or scheduling conflicts to the internal production teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues relating to APIs and other web integration functionality
• Author requirements, wireframes and specs documentation including business and technical requirements, entity-relationship diagrams, process flows, and report mockups
• Present recommendations and collaborate with customers and third party agencies to optimize SightMap integrations
• Advance the team's understanding of database structures, data modeling, and database performance concepts

Requirements
What you offer us...

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or IT Systems preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Advanced understanding of Javascript, Google Analytics HTML and CSS
• Extensive knowledge of WCAG Guidelines, the principles of design, and established web design best practices
• Proficiency in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts
• Strong conceptual thinker with adept leadership, team-building and communication skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for efficient management of projects, direct reports, team schedules and resource allocation
• 5+ years of related work experience

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $85,000 - $100,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
