Web Marketing Lead (Contract)

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on web marketer to join our team on a contract basis, covering a parental leave period of approximately 4 months at about 20 hours per week. You will get to maintain our website as well as experiment and optimize to attract and engage visitors. 

• Optimize our website for user experience, conversion, and technical SEO, including the creation of landing pages and A/B testing
• Monitor and analyze web analytics data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns and strategies based on performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative teams, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy across all channels

• 7+ years of experience in web marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of website optimization, including knowledge of SEO best practices, UX design, and CMS platforms (knowledge of Strapi is a plus) 
• Ability to analyze and interpret web analytics data using tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and results to stakeholders

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and web testing tools
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress and Strapi
• Experience with Drift or other chatbot platforms
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Industry experience in a B2B startup environment
