Web Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a Website Growth Manager to own the Allegro website strategy and performance - ensuring the website is aligned with our overall business and marketing strategies and driving acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will work alongside the larger Marketing Team to identify the strategies, tactics, and tools needed to increase website performance. You'll collaborate with the product lines, digital marketing, and content teams to develop, plan and execute SEO optimized web content that attracts and engages customers to enhance brand awareness and grow our business.
In addition to driving the growth strategies, you will also be responsible for website operations and ensuring the site basic performance and functionality works as designed. You will lead the internal website team including web developers and any external partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize external web content and strategy, including navigation and site performance.
- Prioritize and implement website updates that improve user experience and create low-touch, scalable web servicing.
- Through collaboration with the product lines and content team, you'll craft clear, compelling messaging based on value proposition, while ensuring consistent messaging across the site.
- Lead SEO strategy and work with larger Marketing team to improve content effectiveness.
- Use an assemble of analytics and reporting platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Data studio Google Analytics to evaluate and measure website performance and derive insights that lead to recommended optimizations and increased conversion rates.
- Oversee website operations to ensure product listings, design tools, functionality, etc. are working properly
- Management of Google Tag Manager and ability to identify any reporting/tracking challenges and manage troubleshooting with internal tech team and/or agency through resolution.
- Test website across browsers, operating systems, and devices to ensure consistent performance and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain several integrated databases including those that feed the parts selection tables on allegromicro.com
Experience and Education
The successful candidate will preferably have a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus a minimum of 5-7 years business experience . Candidates with an associate degree are also encouraged to apply. This position will be based out of our Manchester, NH facility.
You must also have experience in these areas:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent project management and time-management skills to simultaneously drive on-time execution of multiple projects
- Knowledge of an enterprise content management system (CMS). Sitecore preferred.
- Experience with website design and optimization, audience targeting, and personalization a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO/Online Marketing and web analytics
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
