About the Role

Are you detail-obsessed, love solving problems, and have expert level communication and project management skills? Let’s talk! We are looking to hire a web marketing manager to manage Envoy’s web properties and user experience across the site.

You should have an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and other web technology infrastructures. Top candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the user experience and conversion rates across the site.

Our high-quality design and polished experiences are what set Envoy apart from our competitors. We’re looking for a web manager who can hold our web properties to the same beautiful, performant, accessible, interactive, and scalable standards. 

As our primary web marketing manager, you will own the user journey across Envoy.com and Envoy.com/blog. You will be the go-to for both new web page requests and incremental changes. You will partner with Content and Revenue marketing teams to launch web pages, run experiments, and make sure Envoy’s website is a destination for all visitors. You will work with Engineering and Design to ensure all designs are implemented pixel-perfectly, to ensure a high-quality experience is released to users. You will report to the Head of Brand and Content Marketing.

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will need to be onsite & able to participate in hybrid work.

You will
  • Manage our day to day web operations for the marketing team, planning new web page launches, updates to existing pages, and consistently monitoring Envoy’s website
  • Manage our web development agency resources and web tools
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Research, plan, and project manage our site migration from our existing platform to a net new web platform 
  • Work across content, design, revenue, and solutions marketing teams to provide guidance on and backend support for web-related aspects of campaigns
  • Collaborate with brand leadership and designers to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the Envoy’s brand standards
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for Envoy’s web properties
  • Design and run conversion rate optimization experiments
  • Improve the user experience of the website regularly
  • Create strategies to grow web traffic and improve conversion metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites
You have  
  • 3-5 years experience in web management on B2B marketing teams
  • Experience acting in a leadership role cross-functionally
  • Exposure to and at least a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems
  • Great understanding of SEO
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask

Compensation description 

Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $111K- $131K annually. We are hiring for multiple levels and backgrounds, so final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
