Avail (part of the realtor.com® network) is seeking a Web Marketing Specialist to work with the earned media marketing team to drive the company’s web strategy forward. This individual will be looked to for planning, execution, and reporting on web initiatives. Including working with stakeholders across Avail marketing (and the rentals team within Realtor.com) on key growth initiatives. In order to do so, they'll also need to work collaboratively with our partner agency on improving the conversion rate in order to help fulfill company growth objectives. We are looking for an individual who can create compelling digital campaigns that attract and convert ideal customers. In order to do so, we ask that this individual become an expert of the landlord and tenant life cycles and unit life cycles, and the ad channels that have the most impact on each stage of the cycle.
What you’ll do:
Own the marketing website, including all web landing pages that support paid, direct,owned, and earned traffic.Â
Deeply understand, manage, and optimize the process for building, launching, and updating website pages
Manage an ongoing website roadmap, including a page repository, optimization log, and leading the process for any ongoing webpage updates.
Develop and maintain a CRO testing roadmap, working with partner agencies to establish goals, testing cadence and to implement learnings.
Enact strategies to increase traffic to organic pages, including increasing SEO rankings, improving metrics and driving growth.
Ensure that the site is working properly, we periodically check the site for errors, incorrect or out-of-date information, missing links, etc.
Be the in-house CMS platform expert, including supporting marketing team members to publish pages and also working with engineers on new feature developments
Use web traffic and site engagement data as well as lead quality indicators to prioritize opportunities and report on the business impact of optimization efforts.
Liaise between marketing and development squads to scope feature builds. Working closely with product designers, and developers.Â
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a consistent approach to content, SEO, design, UI/UX user experience and information architecture on marketing pages.
Track and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns, including site performance, metrics such as Core Web Vitals, Sign Up Conversion, LTV and more
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of hands on experience running digital marketing in-house and/or working at a media agency, owning and optimizing touch points along the customer journey to influence positive business outcomes
BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or similar field
Proven hands-on experience managing a corporate website using a content management system like Wordpress, Squarespace, or Hubspot (Prismic is a plus!).
Moderate to expert proficiency using, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize and other Google tools
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of various marketing channels and how they work together, include email, content, and paid media
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization best practices
Project management skills, highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once
Experience working with in-house marketing teams and partnering with multiple contractors and/or outside agenciesÂ
Skilled in framing product value propositions with compelling and persuasive copy with the intent to drive consumer response
Ability to look at the big picture, get down to the details, and see everything that contributes to the end result.
Have a keen eye for design and can apply your skills to create a cohesive brand identity across numerous digital channelsÂ
