As a Web Master, your primary responsibility includes enhancing user experience by creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and secure sites. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to ensure that the architecture aligns with the organization's needs and goals.

2. Website Maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining the website to ensure it functions correctly, remains secure, and delivers a positive user experience.
3. Content Management: Adding, editing, and removing website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
4. Web Design: Implementing and managing the website's design, layout, and user interface to ensure it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing web pages and content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to the website.
6. Web Analytics: Monitoring website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
7. Website Performance: Regularly monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times and server responsiveness.
8. Security Management: Implement security measures to protect the website from cyber threats, such as malware, hacking attempts, and data breaches.
9. User Support: Addressing user inquiries, feedback, and technical issues related to the website.
10. Website Testing: Conduct regular testing, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing, to ensure the website works well on different platforms.
11. Domain and Hosting Management: Overseeing domain registration, renewal, and managing website hosting services.
12. Ability to provide excellent customer support, meticulous quality of work, and work product.

Education and Certifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. (Required)
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (Desired) and MS Dynamics Power Platform Certifications (Desired)
