Opportunity

Life Surge seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Web Optimization & Analytics, to spearhead our digital growth. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for maximizing website performance, driving user engagement, and leveraging data insights to optimize marketing strategies and ultimately, boost event attendance. 

What You'll Do: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive web optimization strategy, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance website traffic, lead generation, and overall user experience. 

• Oversee the implementation of A/B testing methodologies to identify website optimization opportunities and continuously improve conversion rates. 

• Manage and analyze website traffic data using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gain deep audience insights and inform strategic decision-making across marketing initiatives. 

• Lead a team of staff and external resources, providing mentorship, coaching, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. 

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to translate data insights into actionable website improvements and marketing strategies. 

• Stay abreast of the latest web analytics trends and technologies, proactively identifying and implementing new tools and methodologies to enhance data collection and analysis. 

• Develop and maintain clear dashboards and reporting structures to effectively communicate key website performance metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders. 

• Champion a data-driven approach across the organization, fostering a culture of data-based decision making. 

Who You Are: 

• 10+ years of experience in web analytics and optimization, with a proven track record of success in driving online business growth. 

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms). 

• In-depth understanding of conversion optimization principles and best practices (CRO). 

• Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and their impact on website traffic acquisition. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences. 

• Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a team of web analysts. 

• A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 

• Passionate about live events and the unique digital marketing challenges and opportunities within this space. 

• Experience in the events industry or B2C marketing. 

• Experience building and managing marketing dashboards and reporting structures. 

• Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
