Overview of Position

Reporting to the Head of Web Strategy & Governance, the Analytics, Optimization & Personalization Lead manages the data and personalization strategy for Corebridge Financial's website, corebridgefinancial.com.

Responsibilities:

• Working in the Adobe Experience Cloud, this role will define a data and analytics strategy, inform data layer settings in AEM Create web performance metrics and dashboards within Adobe Analytics, Identify audience segments and support content personalization and experience optimization activities via Adobe Target.
• This role will also own privacy and data security for web interactions inclusive of regional, national and state privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

What you need to know

• 5+ years of web analytics and optimization with increasing responsibility and sophistication within Adobe and Google ecosystems.
• Expert and/or certified knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager. Previous experience with accessibility and privacy tools such as OneTrust, LevelAccess, SiteImprove or Deque is a plus.

For positions based in Woodland Hills, CA, the base salary range is $73,000-$88,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
