We’re looking to add a highly detail-oriented Web Producer to our Integrated Marketing (IM) team. This role will manage global homepage processes and cross-functional relationships within StockX and with outside partners. The person who fills this role will sit on our Digital Strategy team (within the IM team), and be responsible for site merchandising, proactive and reactive planning, priority coordination with Marketing partners, and publishing content across our web properties.
We are looking for a skilled merchandiser who has a pulse on innovative and creative approaches to content, is analytically-driven, can manage detail-specific projects, is a strategic thinker, can work autonomously, has strong communication skills, and is solution-oriented. You should have a depth of experience in content management systems, digital project coordination, and be passionate about building and developing effective working relationships. As a startup, some weekend and after hour support is expected.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Have a strong understanding of e-comm trends and retail shopping moments
- Monitor sales data and customer trends for strategic planning, both for the short-term and long-term
- Work autonomously, with support from Digital Strategy leadership, managing in-bound requests, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
- Have a deeply analytical approach to web production and be proficient in reporting insights
- Manage the construction and publication of content through CMS like WordPress, Contentstack, Salsify, and Smartling
- Work with Global teams on content creation and publication
About you
- 3-5 years relevant work experience, including experience in analytics and content management
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams
- Extremely strong project management skills and experience
- Experience in managing extremely detail-oriented processes
- Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously
- Experience and skill in copy editing and content creation
Nice to have skills
- Used to a fast paced startup environment where taking initiative is imperative and ambiguity makes you comfortable

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $70,000 to $95,000 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
