The Role

We’re looking for a Web Producer with big ideas who is passionate about delivering delightful customer experiences across an interconnected digital ecosystem and using experimentation and data to drive decisions and improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Amplify the voice of FinancialForce.com - Contribute to the strategic roadmap for site feature development, design, messaging, and content
  • Analyze and understand the full customer buying journey on FF.com and make recommendations for areas to test and optimize the experience for visitors
  • Create and execute a website A/B testing strategy
  • Create delightful experiences to drive strong visitor engagement and conversion rates
  • Ensure FinancialForce web properties adhere to brand standards, values, and business goals
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain landing pages and customized experiences serving multiple audiences using personalization tools and targeting
  • Set and maintain reporting benchmarks and dashboards, create in-depth reports on site performance, and effectively communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on business goals and performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform content, UX and design
  • Coordinate relevant vendor and agency relationships for development, content, and analytics
  • Manage the maintenance and expansion of localized language sites in markets of focus

 What Skills You Should Have

  • 6+ years of experience in a website strategy role for a B2B company
  • An explorative mindset - Seek to understand the the customer journey through our digital properties and the key moments and experiences that make website users visit, revisit and ultimately convert
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, ability to interpret specifications, ability to communicate detailed instructions, and ability to recognize edge cases that need to be addressed
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies for websites
  • Experience with reporting & analytics tools such as CrazyEgg, 6Sense, CaliberMind, Tableau, and Google Analytics
  • Experience designing & evaluating experiments using CRO platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize
  • Experience building audiences and designing and serving unique experiences to each
  • Experience writing or editing simple copy for websites
  • Experience with chatbot technology such as Drift or Intercom
  • Experience with modern CMS technology, particularly Wordpress
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo or Hubspot
  • Comfort working as part of a fully remote team

What Would Be Differentiating

  • Experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DemandBase, or 6Sense
  • Specific experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize
  • Specific experience with PathFactory, 6Sense, Drift, and Triblio
  • Specific experience Wordpress & WPML
  • Specific experience with SEO content strategy best practices
