Summary of This Role

The role will be a client facing role supporting non-developmental project requests to include but not limited to Configurations, OMRs, MQ Setups, & Tier 1 Projects. This role will be responsible for client requested projects for multiple products to include XMLM, Auths Events and Streaming, DE Web, Comms Platform, Origination/Essential/Digital APIs, and Certificate renewals. This role is critical to providing consulting, project analysis, solutioning, and implementation of new client functionality as well as updating/maintaining current client configurations. This role supports after hours on-call, as well as works with our product teams to provide customer feedback to influence product roadmaps. This role is key in helping our clients adopt our corporate strategy of Digital first approach and alignment with our product strategy.

Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Providing superior support on the new products and services that are being made available through modernization and helping our clients embrace new products and services. Incident Management and Client facing support of the product with questions, functionality, recovery, etc.

Job Specific Skills and Competencies

MIS, Computer Science, Networking or Web Development Degree or strong back ground in these areas. SQL and html experience/knowledge is preferred.

Typical Day in the Life of the Role

This role is critical to providing consulting, project analysis, solutioning, and implementation of new client functionality as well as updating/maintaining current client configurations.

What Part Will You Play?

• Works on multiple simple projects and programs from a business solution and design perspective, participates in drafting solutions documentation, in collaboration with QA resource, developers and technical teams.
• Maintains knowledge in company platforms and learns to create alternative solutions. This includes product enhancement analysis and design, supporting and contributing functional testing approach, actual testing and validating as necessary.
• Participates in development of product enhancements as part of client projects, following the requirements to functionality which must be designed and developed in a method that can be re-used by technology.
• Conducts analysis on simple to medium problems, supports issue/problem resolution, implementation, notification, and post-implementation support to minimize client impact. Provides issue support to development and production support teams.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: In Information Technology, Business, or related field and/or equivalent of training and experience
• Typically Minimum 0-2 Years Relevant Exp
• Experience in integration, IT platforms and technologies in a Business Analyst environment, experience working with Web and Browser technologies.
• Related degree preferred by experience in web design, networking, support of a digital/distributed system and incident management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Typically Minimum 2-4 Years Relevant Exp
• Experience in document preparation, financial services, solutions design, programming language fundamentals, scripting knowledge, and understanding of data structuring
• Pursuing or having achieved Business Analysis certification (CCBA, CBAP, BCS), International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent a plus
• AWS, html, SQL, Certificate associated with Web Design, Mobile App Development.
