We are currently seeking a Web Product Owner with a strong background in Digital Marketing and B2C products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating new and improving existing products on our web platform, enhancing user experience, and driving sales growth.

The candidate will work closely with our team of developers, QA engineers, UX designers, SEO experts, and link-building specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze web user funnels to identify growth opportunities and enhance sales.

Own and manage the development roadmap for the BOSS Revolution web platform.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the company to identify and prioritize product improvements and new features.

Create detailed task requirements and ensure they are clearly communicated to the development team.

Manage and track project budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

Monitor and report on the performance of web products, using analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.

Implement UX best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the web platform competitive.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience with international and US products, preferably in a B2C context.

UX Expertise: A keen interest in UX best practices and proven experience in implementing them.

Scrum Development: Solid experience with the Scrum development process.

SEO: Strong background in SEO or SEO content creation.

Analytics Tools: Proficient in GA4, GTM, and experienced with user analytics tools like Amplitude, Smartlook, Hotjar, etc.

CMS Knowledge: Deep knowledge of at least one CMS system.

Project Management: Good knowledge of Jira and experience in creating detailed requirements.

People Management: Experience in managing and leading teams.

Languages: Proficiency in English (C2 level) and at least basic Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
