Web QA Analyst (remote)

We are seeking a Web QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. We'd like to meet you if you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our websites, applications, and systems work correctly.

What You Will Do

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate website code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute in improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, debugging, and developing standard operating procedures
• Creating automated tests for both the User Experience and User Interface
• Adhere to industry best practices for front-end development
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

What You Have Done

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Knowledge in Wordpress CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Good understanding of responsive design principles
• Knowledge of SEO and best practices
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
