Your Role and Responsibilities

• QA Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers providing guidance training and technical expertise in web QA testing methodologies.
• Quality Assurance Process: Define implement and continuously improve the quality assurance process methodologies and best practices for web applications specifically on AEM 6.5 and AEM CaaS.
• Test Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of web applications.
• Test Automation: Drive the development and maintenance of automated test scripts test frameworks and test data for efficient and effective testing.
• Manual Testing: Oversee and conduct manual testing activities as needed including functional regression and user acceptance testing.
• Cross-browser and Cross-platform Testing: Ensure web applications are compatible with a variety of web browsers and platforms.
• Performance and Load Testing: Plan and conduct performance and load testing to identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues.
• Defect Management: Manage the defect tracking process work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues and maintain accurate defect records.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation test plans and reports for stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the overall QA process and quality of web applications.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest web QA testing tools trends and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in web QA engineering with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 and AEM Content as a Service (CaaS).
• Leadership and team management experience with the ability to mentor and guide QA engineers effectively.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium TestNG or JUnit.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• AEM certifications or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM would be a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• QA certifications (e.g. ISTQB ASQ or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
• Knowledge of mobile app testing.
