Webinar Program Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Webinar Program Manager to lead the development of our cybersecurity webinar program. This role will be pivotal in our demand generation efforts, leveraging the expertise of cybersecurity professionals and internal SMEs to attract and convert new leads. Over the past few years Coro has received $175M in funding and is one of the fastest growing Cybersecurity companies in the world. The funding is primarily being used to enhance the Coro Cybersecurity SaaS platform and for additional headcount growth, as Coro continues to expand globally.

Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Webinar Program Development: 

• Strategically plan and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity webinar program. 
• Collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and internal SMEs to create engaging and informative content. 
• Develop and execute strategies for attracting and converting midmarket leads through webinars. 

Strategic Leadership: 

• Take ownership of the entire webinar program, from conceptualization to execution. 
• Develop a strategic roadmap for the program, aligning it with our demand generation goals. 
• Ensure that the program delivers high-value content while achieving tangible results. 

Tactical Execution: 

• Manage all aspects of webinar logistics, including scheduling, speaker coordination, and technical setup. 
• MC the events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants. 
• Oversee event-related communications, including pre-event emails and post-event follow-ups. 

Content Creation: 

• Transform key moments from webinars into compelling video content and podcast episodes for marketing purposes. 
• Create engaging reels and longer clips to maximize the impact of webinar content. 

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in program management, & the development of webinars 
• Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills. 
• Proficiency with webinar software and digital marketing tools. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
