This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration Hybrid Integration Platforms B2B Platforms DPA and Low Code Platforms and Cloud Integration.

Required Qualifications

· We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team.

· The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle WebLogic WebLogic Administration and automation tools like Puppet and Ansible.

· This role involves overseeing the administration and scripting of WebLogic servers ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the efficiency of our industrial manufacturing domain.

· Technical Skills: Oracle WebLogic Puppet IT Automation WebLogic Administration WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) Oracle WebLogic server Admin Ansible Docker Puppet Salesforce Testing AccelQ.

· Oversee the administration of Oracle WebLogic servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Provide expertise in WebLogic Administration including installation configuration and maintenance in SOA/ADF/ODI/OID/OBIEE/JMS/Siebel/OTM

· Utilize WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) for automating routine tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.

· Implement and manage IT automation using Puppet and Ansible to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.

· Monitor server performance troubleshoot issues and apply necessary patches and updates.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WebLogic servers with other systems.

· Develop and maintain documentation for WebLogic server configurations procedures and best practices.

· Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

· Lead efforts to optimize server performance and scalability to meet business needs.

· Provide technical support and guidance to junior administrators and other team members.

· Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.

· Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our industrial manufacturing operations through expert WebLogic administration.

· Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Oracle WebLogic and WebLogic Administration.

· Demonstrate proficiency in using WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) for automation.

· Have hands-on experience with IT automation tools like Puppet and Ansible.

· Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Show a keen understanding of server performance optimization and scalability.

· Have experience in documenting server configurations and procedures.

· Display strong collaboration and communication skills.

· Be familiar with security policies and compliance standards.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90000 to 102000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
