Webpage & Email Coding using Wordpress Editor & More

Looking for an expert developer who responsively codes emails and web pages.  For web pages, we aren't coding pdf or psd to html/css.  We are directly creating and coding the post on the Wordpress side (from XD), using existing structures/markup and advanced custom fields. You will not be given mobile comps.  You will need to ask questions and dig in, if you are wondering heirarchy or what to give preference to. This is deadline driven, so we will need a quick turnaround for most items. This role requires someone to be engaged, a problem solver and available at least 4 hours a day between 9-4 MST.
