Hyport Digital, a brand of the N2 Company, is seeking a Web Administrator to join our expanding Website, Email & Live Chat team. The N2 Company is America’s leading publisher of community magazines. As a Web Administrator at Hyport Digital, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our web platforms, ensuring they meet client and quality expectations. You'll also work closely with other members of our team to contribute to the overall success of our digital projects. Reporting directly to another Web Administrator on the Website / Email / Live Chat team, you'll become an essential asset for all things related to website management within the company.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This role will be fully remote. The starting salary for this role is $50,000.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Work closely with the Development team to ensure website projects are executed in accordance with agreed-upon timelines and standards.
  • Conduct quality-control checks and liaise with clients to ensure the website meets or exceeds both internal and external expectations.
  • Continuously monitor website performance, security, and integrity, implementing updates and fixes as necessary.
  • Play a proactive role in meeting team performance indicators and contribute to team projects and initiatives to ensure overall success.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and initiatives, ensuring you’re meeting the performance metrics and collaborative goals set by the team.

To Land This Gig, You Need:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in website administration.
  • Familiarity with website development frameworks and CMS platforms (like WordPress).
  • A strong understanding of quality-control processes and client-relationship management.
  • Experience with IDX integrations and e-commerce websites.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work in a team setting and meet collaborative goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
