As a Client Success Manager at Hyport Digital, your role is pivotal in establishing and meeting client expectations, providing in-depth advice, and overseeing client projects. You’ll work synergistically with your team to elevate performance and exceed targets. Reporting directly to another Client Success Manager on the Website, Email & Live Chat team, you'll become an indispensable component in ensuring client satisfaction and team success.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This role will be fully remote. The starting salary for this position is $45,700.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and delivering on their expectations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer holistic advice tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives, helping them make the most of our digital marketing solutions in Website, Email, and Live Chat.
  • Take the reins on client projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Play an active role in team projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, client satisfaction, and overall performance metrics for Hyport Digital as a whole.

To Land This Gig, You Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency or similar.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • High proficiency in customer-relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting to meet shared objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
