The Website Experience & Testing specialist will join a growing and evolving global Ecommerce department. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience alongside passion for driving and optimizing best-in-class customer and digital experiences. This individual will support the day-to-day campaign needs of Bose.com and will eventually support the establishment of the testing capability within the Website Experience & Content team. They will work with WebEx Strategists and the CRO lead alongside a multi-disciplinary team spanning Merchandizing, Creative & Creative Technology, Digital Acquisition & Retention (Email, App, Personalization), , Analytics, and at times additional channels and integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating, balancing, and prioritizing projects that support the dynamic pulse of an Ecommerce content calendar and testing backlog.

Bose is open to entertaining candidates who don't fit the exact candidate qualifications. Candidates however must demonstrate a history of innate curiosity and rapid learning, and then articulate how skills and experiences are transferable to our industry.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably includes time working on or within a brand's DTC Ecommerce organization
  • 3-5 years of Ecommerce marketing experience with at minimum 1-2 years specifically supporting website testing (A/B and multivariate) and conversion rate optimization activities. Specifically looking for experience vetting tests for technical and analytics considerations, alongside side ensuring sampling and statistical best practices.
  • Preference for candidates with hands on experience utilizing Jira, testing tools, analytics tools, heat mapping tools, or proven ability to learn and master new similar marketing technology tools within short ramp period

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and effectively prioritize a backlog to answer strategic hypothesizes that can positively impact business results and customer value
  • Exhibits an analytical mindset with a track record of unearthing quality insights and a drive to action solutions in response to customer behavior and signals
  • Strong communications and presentations skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of and prioritization of tickets, offering follow up clarifications involved with website updates
  • Organize and groom the website experience and content testing backlog, ensuring all tests directly support our marketing objectives, Ecommerce KPIs and business commitments
  • Align testing process, standards, reporting and executional approaches in partnership with personalization testing team and marketing analytics team, avoiding testing conflicts
  • Assist with planning documentation, archiving and be a 'go-to' resource for accessing relevant or related insights to inform or enhance decision making abilities within the department
  • Write or contribute to strategic briefs and clearly articulate deliverable requirements to internal creative and creative technology delivery partners
  • Conduct QA validation on all tests
  • Organize, communicate, and publish all testing roadmaps plans and results to ensure transparency and visibility across all departments and levels
  • Support both CRO Lead and Strategists in day-to-day activities spanning projects and tasks related to campaigns, launches, transformation initiatives, technology programs and ad-hoc reporting or presentation requests.
