Website Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Website Manager to join our in-house Brand & Creative team. This is a full-time position focused on developing and optimizing our website to deliver a world-class digital experience that resonates with our target audience. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in managing and optimizing B2B websites.
As a Website Manager, you will collaborate with a diverse team of over 50 brilliant marketers across Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and teams like Demand Generation and Content Marketing to lead website development planning and prioritization.
- Drive website development projects from brief to launch, overseeing design and development processes and managing external agency collaborations.
- Develop and manage website maintenance and update processes.
- Maintain and create landing page templates.
- Own on-site optimization processes, including internal linking, image optimization, alt tagging, meta descriptions, and page speed assessment and improvement.
- Work with the hosting agency to ensure uptime and manage necessary updates.
- Conduct experiments to improve visitor engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage website analytics and tag management, providing regular reports to the larger team.
- Create stand-alone HTML emails for campaigns.
What you'll bring to the table:
- 2+ years of experience in website optimization and/or digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of WordPress, including experience working with WordPress themes and plugins.
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console tools.
- Understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization strategies and tactics.
- Basic graphic design abilities using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
- Excellent coordination and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong teamwork attitude.
- Fluent in English.
