Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Website Manager to join our remote team of 200+ from around the world.

Your New Role:

As the Website Manager, you will lead a team of five web engineers, focusing on the coordination, management, and enhancement of our core marketing websites along with several microsites. Your role ensures timely project delivery, process optimization, and top-tier digital experiences to drive revenue. You will collaborate with Self-Service Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive leadership to advance web and self-service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the strategic development and management of main marketing websites and microsites, ensuring optimal performance and business alignment

• Partner with the Self-Service Growth and Marketing teams to identify new trends and capitalize on opportunities to enhance sales and profitability through innovative digital strategies

• Engage with the Design team to develop and execute world-class, digital-first user experiences

• Lead iterative testing on digital properties to optimize user adoption and revenue growth

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive website development roadmap, including performance analysis and strategic planning.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies, enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, including check-ins, grooming sessions, and sprint planning, to ensure alignment and address emerging needs

• Support the Senior Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog

• Continuously seek improvements in team Agile processes and practices

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management of web properties

• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams

• Familiarity and experience with JIRA, Github, etc.

• Proficient in Agile development methodologies

• A strong passion for creating excellent online digital experiences

• Extensive knowledge and practical application of web technologies and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, and Gatsby, along with JSON APIs

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern technology stacks, ideally Jamstack

• Comprehensive understanding of content management systems and a variety of web applications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage and collaborate with various stakeholders

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a team towards achieving shared goals
