Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience building marketing and communication websites intended for public and stakeholder consumption.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and maintaining websites using WordPress; and
• At least 3 years of experience managing the hosting of marketing websites.

Responsibilities:

• Date of meeting
• List of attendees
• Tasks with due dates; and
• Summary of information discussed during the meeting
• Number of unique visits to the website
• Total number of website visits
• Number of unique visits per page
• Amount of time each unique user spent on the website; and
• Amount of time each user spent on each web page.
• Frequency of maintenance task (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly);
• Date maintenance task was completed; and
• Description of maintenance task.
• Website maintenance tasks must include, but not be limited to:
• Software updates
• Scheduled automatic backups.
• Routine malware scanning and detection.
• Routine site performance optimization
• Routine site audit to fix broken links.
• Periodic testing of site performance
• Scheduled deletion of database trash
• Performance enhancements
• File backups
• Patch management
• Template updates
• Recoding
• Plug-ins or module security updates
• Content development; and
• Design improvements including modifications to graphics, icons, images, and text.
