What you’ll get to do…

• Use analytics to suggest improvements for increasing conversion rate and revenue per visitor.
• Ensure website accurately showcases product benefits for informed buying decisions.
• Track project performance, make recommendations for growth, and collaborate with partners on brand positioning.
• Experiment with copy, visuals, offers, and product page presentation to boost conversion.
• Utilize tools like FullStory, Google Analytics, and industry practices to drive merchandising strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing channels to build and launch campaign landing pages.
• Analyze target audience behavior, test segmentation rules, and recommend content management improvements.
• Maintain product merchandising, address any irregularities, and stay informed on key performance metrics for business reporting

Your experience should include…

• 3+ years of experience with eCommerce, website merchandising, or online testing and optimization
• Experience with Data Analytics and A/B testing software
• Familiarity with website creative, user story writing, and web development processes
• Experience working with key partners (product marketing, GTM leads, etc) to develop quarterly plans to help support their initiatives while driving overall site performance improvements.
• Experiment iteratively with page copy, visuals, placements to drive increased performance and share findings with key partner teams.
• Prioritization of merchandising and roadmap, understanding opportunity sizing & estimated impacts. Build & size business cases for opportunities to prioritize efficiency.
