POLITICO is in search of a Website Marketing Specialist who will maintain POLITICO's B2B websites. This position will drive operations of our website, and collaborate with campaign and product marketing teams on outbound digital marketing programs across social, chatbot and other channels.

POLITICO is in search of a Website Marketing Specialist who will maintain POLITICO's B2B websites. This position will drive operations of our website, and collaborate with campaign and product marketing teams on outbound digital marketing programs across social, chatbot and other channels.
What you'll do...
- Manage website agencies, implement, and continuously improve our website(s) and other resources built on the Wordpress platforms
- Oversee day-to-day website operations, including updating daily and weekly content
- Partner with the Marketing team to plan, maintain and improve online presence, and initiate new ways to enhance and develop our website presence across brands
- Implement reports and analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our site and performance of marketing campaign landing pages
- Work with demand generation team members to improve traffic and lead conversion
- Support outbound marketing programs with integration of creative and compelling web, video, demos, blogs, and other digital content
- Directly support efforts to grow qualified leads, by converting site traffic through effective use of calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation offers; evaluates and implements additional tools to make lead generation more effective
- Work with Marketing team to facilitate the plan and vision for website enhancements
- Work with website agency and IT on maintenance efforts
- Train new team members on content management system as needed
What you'll need...
- 3+ years of website maintenance experience in the B2B technology marketing space
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/jQuery, Google Analytics, and Photoshop
- Strong, hands-on experience in website management.
- Experience with Web Content Management systems (Wordpress preferred)
- Web design, graphic design, and video production experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong analytics skills and a data-driven approach to marketing
- Independent and resourceful problem solver with a success-oriented mindset
- Ability to successfully manage multiple high profile and time-sensitive projects
