We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Website Operator to help drive online sales and expand our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with content management systems, quality assurance testing, and search engine optimization. Experience in an ecommerce environment is a huge plus. This role will be responsible for adding and categorizing products, updating website copy, testing new features, and implementing web changes.

Responsibilities:

• Add new products to ecommerce platforms, including images, descriptions, pricing, and categorization
• Optimize product categories to improve customer navigation and purchasing
• Identify and re-categorize slow-moving products to boost visibility
• Update website copy, promotions, and assets across platforms
• Test new website features and flows on various devices and browsers pre-launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule and deploy web updates
• Facilitate ADA compliance on website

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with data analysis, CMS platforms, QA testing, and SEO
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and find process improvements
• Problem-solving, time management, and resilience
• Shopify experience is a huge plus!
