Weekend Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with purchases, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have - Process transactions efficiently and accurately - Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's inventory, including knowledge of products and their uses - Perform daily stocking and replenishment tasks to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing - Provide product recommendations and engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques - Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Offer assistance to customers with locating products and answering questions - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment - Keep the store clean and organized, including the checkout lanes and surrounding areas -Help with hat parties in the store and help customers create custom hats Skills: - Proven experience in a retail environment - Strong skills in sales and customer service - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Experience with stocking and replenishing products - Commitment to providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances - Physical stamina to stand for long periods Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 – 14 per week Benefits: • Employee discount Shift: • Day shift Ability to Commute: • Austin, TX 78705 (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week Benefits: • Employee discount Shift: • Day shift Work Location: In person
