Welder / Assembler – Electron Beam & Fusion Welding

Now Hiring Welder/Assembler | $20-$23/hr. | Permanent Opportunity | Full-time | Comprehensive Benefits Join a precision manufacturing team performing electron beam welding, helium-arc welding, fusion welding, microscope soldering, and fine precision assembly on small metal/electro-mechanical parts. On-the-job training provided. What You’ll Do • Align and fixture detailed components for welding and precision assembly • Trim, scribe, file, and grind parts to templates or scribe lines • Set up single jobs on welding equipment/fixtures; operate EB, helium-arc, and fusion processes • Perform microscope soldering and small-parts assembly; handle rework/repairs as needed • Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and acceptance test procedures (ATPs) • Support adjacent departments and complete production documentation What You Bring • Ability to interpret prints, WIs, and ATPs; close-tolerance hand skills • Fundamental electronics knowledge (Ohm’s Law; voltage/current measurements) • Experience with mechanical/electronic assembly using hand tools and fixtures • Steady hands for microscope work; high attention to detail • High school diploma/GED; 3+ years in aerospace/medical/manufacturing preferred Schedule & Environment • On-site production role; collaborate with welding, assembly, and QA teams • Safety- and quality-driven, precision environment Perks • PTO, Health Insurance, Holidays, Dental, 401k • Opportunities for Growth Keywords:electron beam welding, EB welder, helium-arc welding, fusion welding, precision welding, hermetic sealing, vacuum chamber welding, leak-tight welds, precision assembler, microscope soldering, hand soldering, fine-pitch soldering, aerospace manufacturing, AS9100 environment, small-parts assembly.
