Welder / Assembler – Electron Beam & Fusion Welding

Join a precision manufacturing team performing electron beam welding, helium-arc welding, fusion welding, microscope soldering, and fine precision assembly on small metal/electro-mechanical parts. On-the-job training provided.
What You’ll Do
• Align and fixture detailed components for welding and precision assembly
• Trim, scribe, file, and grind parts to templates or scribe lines
• Set up single jobs on welding equipment/fixtures; operate EB, helium-arc, and fusion processes
• Perform microscope soldering and small-parts assembly; handle rework/repairs as needed
• Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and acceptance test procedures (ATPs)
• Support adjacent departments and complete production documentation
What You Bring
• Ability to interpret prints, WIs, and ATPs; close-tolerance hand skills
• Fundamental electronics knowledge (Ohm’s Law; voltage/current measurements)
• Experience with mechanical/electronic assembly using hand tools and fixtures
• Steady hands for microscope work; high attention to detail
• High school diploma/GED; 3+ years in aerospace/medical/manufacturing preferred
